Interview process consisted of 3 rounds: 1st round: recruiter screen We discussed the role and my relevant experience. 2nd round: call with hiring manager This had some questions about team fit but more technical ones about tools/technologies used by the team there and my familiarity with them. 3rd round: 4 interviews on-site I interviewed with the hiring manager and a senior engineer, a VP from the product side, a team lead for another team, and a VP from the tech team. 2 of these were technical, 2 of them were behavioral. 1 of the technical interviews was a coding challenge refactoring existing functions. The other was a system design interview with questions regarding software architecture. Overall a good interview experience. Everyone was very friendly and happy to answer questions. The interviews felt relevant to the role rather than just mindless LeetCode.

They made me go through 7 interviews. I had pending offers from other companies and then agreed to provide me a decision by a set date. On that date they then said they would tell me the next day. They then failed to respond on that day and emailed me that they would not be moving foreword they day after that. Incredibly unprofessional from the perspective of the hiring manager but the engineers themselves seemed very knowledgeable.
