Company is good, and the whole interview process is very happy.
1. Phone interview: Went through the resume, and asked some basic questions about java, such as interface, garbage collection
2. On-site interview: Asked some further questions about java and database. some design problems were asked, such as database design.

Applied through online. Got a mail within a week to attend the interview in 2 days. It's an one on one interview should be an easy to clear. The interview will not be more than 40 minutes. The next round will be a take home exam. If you clear it, you offer is in your hands.

all developer had been participated. It's not difficult.
But, you have to answer clearly, even if you don't know answer or understood question.
2. on-board interview
culture and salary interview. you negotiate about that with CEO and CTO. They give you stock option and other benefit options.
