      Entrevista

      From the application through the contract signature the interview process was a positive experience: after submitting my CV the first response to schedule a screening call came in less than 3 hours. The entire interview process was very transparent and I always had visibility where I am in the process and what the next step would be. The TA manager showed outstanding commitment and demonstrated how smooth and swift interviewing can be. As I was interviewing for a senior and mission critical role, I had to go through 5 interview steps, following the first screening. After every step a feedback was shared either at the end of the meeting or shortly after. Another great experience was the consistent messaging throughout the process: what works, what are the opportunities and challenges. Every person I met was honest about their expectation, the challenges within the remit of the role and the company culture. No "corporate noise" to please but the situation as is. The interview style was truly "two-way" and I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions which have been answered in detail and to the point. The contract process was easy and straightforward as all details have been discussed and agreed upon very early on and along the way. A big thank you goes to the talent manager who coordinated the entire process with great dedication, providing a great candidate experience.
