The interview process was honestly one of the best I’ve ever been involved in. Sierra conducted my interview and she was awesome; very down to earth, on time to both of our meetings, super knowledgeable and I could tell she really roots for candidates. I appreciated that she was professional, but not intimidating in a way that sometimes makes interviews stuffy and uncomfortable. I felt at ease with being myself, showcasing my skillset and asking any questions I had knowing that I was truly being listened to. The conversation flowed great and the role playing scenarios at the end were unique and thought provoking. I got a hint of what the role’s day-to-day would look like and appreciated the feedback in return. This company very much cares about people, which I suspect is a top reason for its success.
