Apply online. Recruiter sets interview, standard questions, wants to see if you’re a fit for them AND if they are a fit for you. Very friendly. Second round consists of recruiter and person who will be your manager. All interviews are virtual or on phone. Second round is more in depth, getting to know you, your skills, weaknesses and strengths. Following second interview, they check references. Be sure to have plenty of manager references as that is their main focus. After reference check, they’ll make an offer if they want to. Overall, easy experience. Made me feel valued from the first conversation. Hands down one of the best candidate experiences I have ever had. Even if I hadn’t gotten an offer.
