Everyone I engaged with was professional and pleasant; I felt my career experience was valued. It seemed as though the team had reviewed my information prior to the interview and had thoughtful questions regarding what I would bring to KnowBe4. My entire experience speaks to this exceptional organization!
The interview process was very pleasant, transparent, and the entire process moved very quickly! The Senior Expansion Manager who reached out to me, Marcie, did a fantastic job explaining the role to me and was also quick to recommend a different role for me based on my background and experience. In the short 30 minutes we had together (it flew by!) she most definitely matched me up to a role that is a great fit for me and I really appreciate that! At the end of the first call with Marcie, we set up a date and time to speak once again but this time we'd be joined by 2 hiring managers as well.
The second interview took place 2 days after the first, and the team did a great job asking role-related questions, taking turns with "tell me about a time when" and "how do you act in scenario X" type questions. The interview itself felt very conversational and I have never felt more at ease with 3 strangers in my life! All of my questions were answered and at the end of the call I was already picturing myself in the role and being part of that team.
Overall the interview process at KnowBe4 was a wonderful experience and I'm really looking forward to joining such a great company!
