Multiple phone calls at first, but I have to say it was extremely comfortable and felt like a true dialogue not an interrogation. They empathize with you and make you feel like part of the team already. I spoke to Katy and Marcie over the phone and it was very enjoyable. They spent time asking about me and what I look for in a company. I then had two in person interviews. I was interviewing for a sales position so to my surprise they had me do a mock discovery call on the spot in person. While it was surprising, it ended up being a lot of fun. Stefanie gave me great tips and pointers for my 2nd interview where I would do one more mock call and it really helped. I then met with Marcie, Brittany, and Christian who really helped me better understand the culture of the company and what to expect. Even though it was 3 on 1, I never felt like I was being interrogated. It was an open dialogue and a lot of fun. Not to mention how nice the front desk receptionist are while you are waiting. Always offering you water and asking questions about you.

It was as all interview processes should be. It was very straightforward and reasonable. The recruiter(s) were very responsive, stuck to their dates and set up for success. The feedback was candid and specific. The process was excellent and the people were very easy to work with and honest about where one stands.
