The company recruiter reached out to me for a call and we had a great conversation. Afterwards we set up an interview for the following day. I met with the recruiter, the director of HR, and the CEO. I was pretty much hired on the spot, took a couple of tests and set up all the personnel and payroll info I needed to hit the ground running the following Monday as a new employee It was one of the best interviews I've ever experienced and truly gave you a sense of the culture.
