Round one was a group information session on Zoom. I was asked to do a simple math test (addition, multiplication). Round two was a one-on-one where I was asked to do another basic addition test.

Entrevista
Pretty easy interview process beginning with a short math quiz with HR, followed by an interview with the head of HR. After completing these, you begin training in order to learn more about the job description and what is expected of you. After a few days of training, depending on how you work with other trainees and how you got along with the trainer determines whether or not you receive an offer for full time. This is a full time only job and you must be willing to learn and be humble about your skill level.

About 5 minutes of behavioral and schedule discussion, then they made me do about 10 basic math exercises. You are provided as much time for each exercise. I definitely could have prepped better for the interview.

Describe a difficult situation you had with a customer.
it is quite easy. first, it started off as zoom interview. then, they called you from phone to let you know the interview result. if you are good at maths, it will not be a problem.
