Most of the time was taken by the interviewer and very less time was given to candidate. Questions was very plain like last roles and responsibilities, nothing in detail related to technology or new trends in the market.

The first and second round were with the VP of sales and the program manager, the interviews were great! The final interview was with CIO of Knauf, he started asking about my origins (My family origins, how long i stayed in my origin country...etc.). I was really disappointed about this kind of discrimination questions in the last interview. I think other person could easily report/escalate this problem to the German Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency.
