The process included an initial screening, followed by an extensive take-home exercise requiring a detailed analysis of lifecycle structure, funnel performance, attribution, and workflow design.
I was also asked to record a 10–15 minute walkthrough of my recommendations, which required additional preparation. After submitting, I had a one-hour live session with four members of senior leadership to walk through my thinking and answer questions.
Overall, the process was thorough and involved a significant time investment across multiple stages.
The final decision was communicated at a high level (“moving forward with candidates more aligned to current needs”) without specific feedback, despite the depth of the evaluation process.
