after applying online and answering seventy assessment questions i was called for an interview. I went in and asked the service desk person where to meet the human resource person. After a polite hello. I was asked why I wanted to work for the company. I told them I had heard it was a great work environment and there was room for growth within the company. She asked me about a great experience helping a customer. I spoke of helping a guy pickout a tv and sound system for his needs and spending an hour explaining all of the different options and how he stopped by a week later to tell me how great everything worked and to thank me. She then told me about how the company operates and the job i was applying for a for. I was then asked about availability and if i had any questions about anything. After a few questions i was offered the job.

Tell me about a positive experience in customer service.
relatively straightforward. asked about how much you can lift, do you have specifically scheduling needs. what's your weekend availability. did not wear a suit. asked about age and any drug testing.

It was behavioral questions. The questions were geared at figuring out whether you are a team player or not. The manager was nice and human resources is also nice.
