Very pleasant and helpful interview process. Applied via email from Ireland, and interview took place upon arrival to Santa Barbara. Drugs test was required before interview. K Mart were very helpful in getting me set up in the local area.

Well i applied online and got a call the next day asking me if i was still interested in the job and they made a interview appointment. I got there and the nice HR manager brought me in her office and it was so nice and comfortable... she had my resume in front of her and while i was answering questions... she was writing down my response. She really looked impress of the maturity i showed. After that she said she sent me with the General manager of my position and he was just a quiet strict guy... asked a few questions... What time my school started, and what do i expect from the management. After that he and i went back to the initial office and told the HR manager to offer me a position.

Simple, quick and easy. Completed online application on Saturday evening. Received a phone call on Sunday to schedule an interview. Completed interview on Monday. Offered, and accepted position at interview.
