The interview process took about 3 weeks and it included two interviews and a test. The first interview was with HR and the supervisor of the team and was about 1 hour long. It contained a lot of the "classic" questions about myself and a brief analysis of the company. A part of the interview took place in English. After a week they called back in order to complete a psychometric test and after a week's period they called for a second interview. The second one was with the managers of the sales department and was more specific about the job.
