The interview process was engaging and enjoyable from start to finish. First was the in-depth call with the CEO where we touched on several topics both work and life related. Then came the technical interview with the CTO and one of the Senior developers. The questions in it were fair for the position and both of the interviewers did a great job in providing additional explanation and/or context for the questions when asked. After the tech interview came the call with the PM in which we ran through some behavioral and situational questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Never in the interview process have I felt that the steps and/or questions were pointless, everything was thought through and all of the people met in the process were super friendly.
