Very thorough. I enjoyed meeting with various team members (7 in total) to gain insight into the company and share my experience. Every member of the team was welcoming from the recruiters to the hiring manager. The process consisted of three phases: 1. Interview with senior leadership (I interviewed briefly with this person at a career fair). 2. Hiring manager interview 3. 4x45 minute interviews with various team members. Overall, this process took about 3 weeks. I received my offer the following week. Lots of communication throughout the process. Definitely a good experience.
