Haphazard and disorganised is how I can best explain it with zero feedback. I applied to Kite Amsterdam for a directors position 4 years ago and got invited to the interview only to learn during the process that the position that I had applied to was filled and that I was being asked to interview for another position. Short version of that interview was after 6 rounds with approximately 12 people I was told that I was not suitable. The interview was spread over 3 weeks and after each round I was given no sign that interviewed badly. Fast forward 4 years later I got approached by Kite again to interview for another position. Despite my misgivings I agreed to interview. The red flags should have been that massive turnover of staff they have and the bad mouthing of existing staff including local snr management. It felt like a very toxic environment. Again after 8 interviews with senior managers I heard through the grapevine that I didn't get the position. No feedback no nothing from HR. Not even an email. The general consensus in the Netherlands is that Kite is a disorganised company with no leadership. They recruit by getting in the cheapest hires and do not consider experience, knowledge or general competence of their recruits. With the advent of ATMP companies setting up shop in the Netherlands, they will struggle to get the best and brightest and will be non competitive.
