Total scam. Contacted by external recruiter then (3 weeks later), finally scheduled to speak with hiring manager (sr director of TA). Interviews were both pleasant and from the sounds of it, resulted positively with intent to hire; hiring manager literally said "I look forward to continuing our conversation". However, another 3 weeks later, radio silence from both the recruiter and hiring manager ... absolutely nothing, no courtesy after sending thank you notes and followup for status, completely distasteful. I always had the feeling that: 1) Kite performs interviews to bait free novel ideas and consultation for areas they're not experienced in (the position had 400 applications over 4 months) ... the job has since been reposted. 2) to maintain interview quota thus, need for the function, interviews are performed for roles that never had dedicated headcount. To this date, still nothing. It's a shame.
