The interview consisted of several rounds. Before every round the HR rep would call and make sure that I was mentally prepared for the round and asked if I had any questions. She also was flexible on timing and made sure I was free and ready to take the interview. It showed that there was a lot of care for each candidate. She would always answer my calls in case I had any questions. Her guidance was extremely helpful for my interview process. Each interview process was seamless and the interviewers at each round were friendly and approachable. Their responses were timely, and even though there is a pandemic, they made sure to keep us informed after each round. The final round before the offer was the value alignment round where a panel had a discussion about my goals and whether they align with the company as well. The care, time and effort put into each round, combined with the guidance of the HR rep all showed me how much Kissflow cares about their employees and the environment we work in.
