You have to submit your resume to Tech2000 and/or Kelley Services. Once Jorge Gonzalez and Leslie Rulon have reviewed your resume and accepted you as a prospective employee, an interview will be scheduled for you buy the temp agency. Then you will come to the location for an approximately 15min interview with Mr. Gonzalez, a 30min interview with Ms. Rulon, and about an hour interview with a man from the lab named David. Then you will be given a tour around the lab. If they like you, you will most likely be contacted by your temp agency via phone within that same day to inform you if you have the job. Then you fill out the usual paperwork and start training. When you get hired on permanently by KiOR greatly depends on their financial status at the time and projected revenue. Some people have been hired on immediately or within 4 months, others are nearing their one-year anniversary with the company and still have not been hired on.
