It was an hour-long interview with the senior accountant. I thought I did good but surprisingly I didn't get any response after the interview (selected or not), I waited for 3 weeks. It was my first round after this they have two more rounds. Mostly the questions were easy and general just to know the candidate's skills, nature, and behavior. He didn't ask in-depth questions. I think as it is an insurance firm so knowledge and experience in statutory accounting are a must and I didn't have any experience in the insurance industry.
