Easy process. Email first - then an in-person interview on site. A test was required regardless of the experience. I find this enlightening even with 15+ years experience. It shouldnt be an issue if you are a seasoned veteran in the industry. I did what was asked and had no problems with the scope it involved. It was a couple days and done.
