Lengthy and a colossal waste of time. I should’ve rejected their interview from the get go after the HR replied to me a month after asking me if I want to come for an interview bcs this alone shows a lack of time management. Went for the interview, ask for an online one since it’s not convenient for me but was refused. I still went anyway and took a half day off only to be completely ghosted even after I followed up a few weeks after. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind not getting an offer, what I do mind is the lack of professionalism and for a company that makes you took a day off to attend a two hour interview you can’t even give a response that took a few seconds from whatsapp? Really telling. I hope your turnover rate is always high and told people not to apply to KD any chance that I get.

I saw two posting regarding bad interview experiences and I got to say that other posting were probably fake given that my interview experience with them was also BAD. Why would 4/5 people being in an interview session? Mind you it was just the first layer of interview process. I haven’t get accepted yet. Why? To shower power? Everyone there so kepochi ah to see whose the candidate is? Also I have the experience as the other candidate. They asked me questions, and when I answered they belittled me. Giving me either side eye or remarks that I probably no nothing about the industry. They proceeded to asked the dumbest questions to see if I could answer correctly. Their response were rude and harsh as well. I was really taken aback by their behaviours. This is by far the WORSE interview session I have experienced.
