Interview process was quick and painless. We discussed skills and characteristics to see if the position would be mutually beneficial to the company and myself. A decision was made shortly after the interview and it all went quickly to get me to the position and get started. There were some complications along the way, but the company was very understanding and willing to work through those issues and made the transition almost enjoyable.
