The interview consisted of producing a writing sample and then interviewing with three members of the department. For the written part, I was given various materials - background information of the department, some data, and questions and answers to an interview with a member of the department. Based on those materials, I was asked to write a story for a newsletter.

I was asked to be prepare a presentation on a specific topic to bring to the interview. Final interview with manager and department head that was more informal. I was treated with respect. Panel members were cordial, and clearly highly skilled in their areas of expertise. I had the opportunity to ask questions at each stage of the process. As a result of the interview process, I was very excited to join the organization.
