      Entrevista

      One of the worst candidate experiences I have had for an interview. I did not feel welcome or comfortable, and it was very awkward with the 3 person panel. They gave no information about the position at the top of the interview (and I had received none previously from the HR Rep, I thought this was going to be a 1:1 initial candidate interview). The questions were not difficult, but each question was so broad and covered multiple areas / scenarios, so coupled with having no idea of what the actual scope of the position was, made it difficult to tailor my answers to the position in a way that would highlight my experience as it pertained to the job. I did not feel set up for success for the interview with the lack of information given. The interviewers were stilted and awkward, and at the end when I wanted to ask questions, I was told we were out of time. Only 20 minutes for a panel "Technical Interview". I don't know if I have been moved forward in the process, but the entire experience doesn't make me all that excited even if I were to be.

      Tell us about a time you have worked on strategic initiatives in the areas of Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Change Management, and Project Management, and give us specific examples of the steps you took and the outcome for each. *When I asked for clarification, as in one of those areas, or all??, the response was "Well I guess one area is fine". ?????
