Applied online with resume and cover letter. I was invited via email to be part of a group interview process. Computer Testing (two tests) was followed by a group interview. There were approximated twelve of us being interviewed by 3 King County HR Employees.

My experience was kind of odd. I applied for a position within long county back in December 2020. I ended up getting an email in March 2021 to schedule a phone interview. I had the phone interview a few days later and was asked a few easy questions of my background, interest, and scenario questions. The interview took about 20-30 minutes. I asked a few question about the position to the recruiter with one I specially remember being “how the hiring process would work/what are the next steps”. The recruiter let me know they were still conducting interviews but I should hear something regarding any next steps the next week. Fast forward to the following week and I never received a response. I decided to email the recruiter to follow up with our phone conversation but I never received a reply. It’s now been over a month and a half and I still don’t know what’s going on with that position.
