Generally had a positive interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. They issue came in during the final stage where they had multiple people interviewing me at the same time. One of the interviewers admitted to not being prepared and forgot he was conducting the interview. He then proceeded to rattle off university CS questions that very clearly required a refresher in the class. When it came to answering them the other interviewers needed to look up the answers online. The result was an interview where 45min went well because I was being asked realistic and job relevant questions. Then 45min where this interviewer made me look incompetent in front of the other interviewers because he was unprepared and was not asking position relevant questions (that even the other programmers could answer). That said I definitely enjoyed my conversations with the recruiter and hiring manager. The overall process was neutral because the good cancelled out the bad.
