Initially the interviews were okay, they seemed a bit short. Lots of questions but mostly spending time talking about the business and its needs with little room for the borage of questions. The final Interview with the CEO was not great! The hiring manager was awesome but the CEO seem to have a perspective on time and his view on what support should be that had nothing to do with our to actually run a support team. He asked a tone of open-ended very biased questions that were difficult to answer in the context of an interview. Really no structure to the interview and I was given a 30 minute invite but the interview was hour and a half.
