After I applied for the position on the website, they asked me for a phone interview, and I thought there would be a phone screening. In fact, they did a full interview with at least six questions and some scenario solution questions, which was very unprofessional. I asked what I should prepare when I confirmed the interview time via email, but they didn't mention anything, only responded there would be a phone interview. Basically, the first step, a phone screen, will have a recruiter or HR reach out. They let the hiring manager just you and ask tough questions by phone call. In my opinion, it should at least be a video interview for these questions.
