The recruiter reached out to me through my LinkedIn. At the beginning Very pleasant and nice. The hiring manager interviewed me and I didn’t hear anything for two months even though I kept asking for updates. They completely ghosted me.
To me it was disrespectful. This is a two way street. I’m a professional and respectful and I expect the same respect back. After two months of getting the cold shoulder, I got this generic rejection email.
All in all, I’m happy I didn’t get it because I had the chance to look over at their benefits and they are atrocious. The health care plan is so expensive and cover absolutely nothing. No thank you!!!!

Initial 30 minute screener phone call with recruiter and then an hour with HR. Off to the hiring manager and other team members. It took 2 months in total. You get a good feel for the company and the lengthy processes.
