The recruiter had difficulty scheduling appointments and creating a professional experience. She would email, and I would reply and go days without a response. Suddenly, she wanted to interview same day so I cleared my morning only to get bounced around for hours and then receive a “not interested” a week later. Apparently, the company did a fire sale on employees and was looking for a new batch to hire for potential dismissal down the road. Yikes!
