The Center Director was friendly and seemed professional. The district/regional director that was also at the interview had not even read my resume and assumed that I couldn't handle the job. She did not seem to know what sort of experience a classroom teacher for 20 plus years could bring to her organization. Didn't think I could handle a fast paced environment.
