First you go through a phone interview. Then you take a test on line. Next you come in for a interview. When I came in for interview I did find it odd I was not alone in the room with Director. I was lead to believe it was another team member but actually it was the District manager!

The interview consisted of basic knowledge and experience. In the end I was told I would be contacted by Friday. I was also told where she would like to put me and rate of pay. Never got that call I had to email several times just to get a response. I felt it was unprofessional.

The interview went well. The panelists were considerate and kind. It did not take long. They also asked about my motivation and how I would cope up with the new environment
