The Director asked me several standard interview questions along with my application and a list of references. However, she asked for my references again after I emailed her my clear criminal background check results. Her demeanor during the interview was as though we were friends. Very unprofessional.

It was simple and easy since I already have experience in childcare. Just make sure you answer your questions and being sure of your answer. Simple for you and the interviewer

I was asked very few questions about my experience and more about what I was willing to do in the position. I had no prior experience and was told that they needed someone urgently, so I was guaranteed the job.
