Testing prior to interview is a smokescreen with 5 minute tests on math, tables, and graphs. Candidates are pre-selected (nepotism). It is a farce to appear in compliance with hiring requirements. The administrator admits with his tenure and experience he could not pass the (pass/no-pass) test. It is an unsettling and destabilizing experience to distract you from the fact that you wasted your time and the pertinent experience and qualifications you offer would upset the assembled mediocrity and outdated software.
More interested in human cogs to substitute for overworked employees.

Entrevista
The interview process was very straight forward. Nothing to tricky or technical. You are in a conference room with a panel of Kinder Morgan employees where they each asked 2-3 questions.
