I applied online.Few days later got a call to schedule an interview.First interview was with the product manager, it was a 30 minute interview but lasted for almost 40 minutes.The manager discussed about current role and responsibilities asked details about the stuff that I have mentioned on my resume. I was told I will be invited to another round within a week but it took a couple. The second round was with director and the manager there were 3 coding challenges and one scenario based questions for which I was suppose to write acceptance criteria.The interview was suppose to be of one hour but I answered everything within 30 minutes and I was told I won't be LEFT HANGING and will have an answer within a week.I got an email a week later saying my review was VERY POSITIVE but they are still going through the process and they will have an answer next week.It also stated that if I am hurry I should let them know and they will try to fasten the process.Thus suggesting that I have made it to the third round of interview. For the next 3 weeks I kept receiving the same email suggesting that they are very much INTERESTED but they need more time. Finally after 4 weeks I received an email saying they have hired someone else. So they kept me HANGING for five weeks with a weekly email suggesting that I very much made it to the next round but then denying it.
