Talked with a recruiter who was kind as an intro call Completed a code challenge There is a coding / pairing day with other developers after that. Followed by a behavioral interview. Then an interview with their director of engineering. They reviewed my code challenge and then didn’t proceed with my candidacy. I’m a little bit peeved I didn’t get to even talk to anyone about my code submission, that would have been nice at least. I’m confident in my abilities and think what I wrote was well written, but I guess just not what they were looking for. But, anyway, just be weary that they take the code review seriously enough that they might reject you without speaking to you about the code.
