Kin reached out to me for an interview. I didn’t apply for this position. Upon talking with the recruiter I did 2 interviews and an assessment. After completing the assessment they told me they removed the position to think about it more. The assessment was lengthy for them to say they are closing down the position a few days after sending the assessment. It was mentioned they’ve had 2 directors in 2 years. Kin seemed very unorganized and most likely did me a favor. To any candidate applying I wouldn’t do the assessment. They seemed to be fishing for things they should already know rather than assessing the candidate.
