This was for Kin Community Canada. I applied through Linkedin with a cover letter. Got an email asking to set up a time for a video interview with the manager the position reports to. It was the usual questions tell me about yourself, some behavioral as in they would give you a scenario and ask how would you react. Thought the interview went really well it was conversational but nobody got back letting me know a decision was made.
