Went for an interview mid-day, interview lasted about an hour and a half. Met with 5 people. 2 two on two's one 1 one on one. It was a casual setting in the restaurant. There was zero follow up from them after the interview. I believe every candidate should be updated as a courtesy, especially in the Hospitality field.

They want to hear how much you love their clients and guests. If you do not show enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences, you will not get the job. You must convey that you work as hard as much as you like to have fun!
