      Entrevista

      Set up a Workday account with them. Submitted my resume directly to their website through workday. I was sent an email asking me to fill take a quiz, I believe was a personality quiz. I was contacted by email about 7 days later to set up a time for a phone call "screen" with a recruiter. The recruiter called on time and we discussed my resume and work history, he also asked me if I have ever interviewed in using the S.T.A.R. interview process. He advised me to Google it to prepare. He asked my availability for a Microsoft Teams group interview for the following two weeks. I received another email confirmation with a Microsoft Teams link date and time. After Joining the MS Teams link, I was greeted by three interviewers who asked me if I had ever used the S.T.A.R method of interviewing before to which I replied no, but I had googled it and was prepared. Like most interviews they asked me questions from my resume, work history. They then asked me what my salary and work expectations were for the role I was applying to. It ended with, do you have any questions for us, to which I asked a few basic questions about work/life balance and then I was assured that they had one more candidate to interview and they would let me know if I was chosen for the role.

      Entrevista

      Had a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by a second phone interview with a would-be colleague. Lastly had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. First two calls were conversational and I learned a lot about them and they about me. The zoom interview was extremely robotic and I left feeling uncertain of myself and then. I was not sure how they could make a decision on any candidate based on that.

      Entrevista

      A recruiter reached out to me a few days after I applied. I was impressed, considering Kimberly Clark is a very large corporation and majority of the time you would receive notification within the next few weeks. The recruiter asked me a few preliminary questions and moved me on to the face to face interview process. I was scheduled to meet with 7 different individuals for 30 minutes each. Our of the 7, only 2 took notes and were engaged. I could tell one of the Seniors literally checkrd out during the interview. Only one asked a behavioral question. It was very repetitive having to run through my resume to 7 differnt individuals. It seemed highly disorganized when it could have been a panel interview with all 7 of them in one room. 5 of them appeared to be rushed. One showed up 15 minutes late to interview. I did not receive a response or the expeted typical email automated email rejection. You would think for a corporation as big as Kimberly Clark, the would be able to program that functionality into theit outbox. It was overall a negative experience and I would not recommend anyone to attempt it.
