I'd expect a lot more professionalism from a Senior Recruiter, but this was by far the worst experience I have had in my job search. The Sr. Recruiter with whom I had my phone interview scheduled, emailed me 10 minutes before we were to talk, to tell me she had she couldn't make the call and bumped my interview for another meeting. We rescheduled. I waited for her call at the rescheduled time. No call. I sent her an email reminding her of our appointment and letting her know I was no longer available. She quickly emailed me back: "I am still here at work and got stuck in another late meeting with offers to get out today! I still want to talk!" No apology. She did not even acknowledge her lack of professionalism. Shame on me for rescheduling yet again. When she finally called, she was 10 minutes late and I was so turned off by the process, I went through some cursory answers and realized if the interview process was managed this poorly, I can't imagine relocating for an actual position.
