The interviewers were extremely personable and made the process comfortable. They asked more about leadership experience than technical skills. There was only one interview for the intern position, but more rounds of interviews for the full-time positions. It is important to make a personal relationship with the interviewer, as the company is big on building relationships.

Submitted my resume and got a call a couple weeks later to interview the next day. Then got a call from the interviewer the next day telling me I got an offer. All behavioral questions for the interview.

Entrevista
The interviewer is a UT alumni and she is super nice. There are 5 questions in 30 mins, and the interviewer got uniform questions for each interviewee. She recorded my answers along the process.
