      Entrevista

The final interview stage involved several one-on-one interviews. I started off with the hiring manager (odd because: 1) I've already talked to this individual, should probably wait until there's more material to talk about; 2) if it doesn't go well, then what? I end up wasting everyone else's time). The other interviews started off with each person spending, say, 20mins going over their own CV's (off-putting and not a good use of time). There wasn't coordination among the interviewers, as many asked repetitive and/or irrelevant questions. All interviewers were at the same level. Typically, an interviewee is allowed the opportunity to talk to a peer for 'real talk'. This interview process is not effective and doesn't put either side in an opportune position. Very amateurish...

Nice and easy. A bit of stress at he beginning but later it gets comfortable. As long as you know who you are, who they are and what you and they really want, you become confident.

      Entrevista

I was referred to HR via an employee. The process from start to finish took approximately three months and interviewed with a total of five people including HR. It was pretty straightforward. HR or some other entity gives pre-determined questions to the interviewer and 3 out of the 4 managers asked the same question, which was the first one listed on their pre-approved list. There were two distinct sections; behavioral and experience. After receiving notice that I did not get the job, HR sent a questionnaire, three times, asking for interview process feedback. Separately, since I travelled from my home, I was told that I should complete a travel expense request to be reimbursed for any expenditures incurred during the process. After many requests and one follow-up, K-C has not refunded my very modest fees, car mileage and road tolls. I would suggest that travelers request a stipend upfront in order to eliminate this same experience.
