Received an email requesting to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was the typical introduction of interviewer and interviewee. Discussed term length and brief type of work to be done during co-op term. Questions were standard behavioral, but a little more relaxed and masked in different question format.
Followed up to phone interview with an offer for employment.
Never had a face to face interview.

Tell me about a time you had to make some critical decisions?
They came to my college for a career fair, talked to them and they offered me an interview the next day. They asked behavioral questions, no technical, pretty basic questions.

The recruiter had great questions, and also kept some of the interview casual- which allowed you to relax. Related most of the questions to the position, but also asked some questions regarding informational topics. Super friendly and answered all my questions!

How do you deal with adapting to new skills? Give me an example.
It took 3 weeks for the internview, 2 rounds of interviews. They were reallg try to get to know you and made things sounds like a conversation instead. I was enjoying it!
