Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Kimberly-Clark (Roswell, GA) en feb 2026

      Entrevista

Interview process took 3 weeks. Submitted my resume on the company site. A recruiter contacted me for a 30 minute interview (STAR method) to determine skills, knowledge, behavioral fit for the role and if stage 2 (interview with the hiring manager) would take place. Two weeks later a virtual interview (30 minutes) was set up with the hiring manager. I was told by the recruiter to have good examples for the role using the STAR method. Upon starting the interview the hiring manager looked at me and said lets get started (no greeting, no introduction, no background, no overview) and asked me to "explain my background as he read my resume" (for the first time). The hiring manager asked a couple of clarifying questions on my work history (no STAR questions/format), asked what was my degree in (after 15+ years in the workforce), and did I know a regional leader from a previous company I worked for that now works at Kimberly-Clark. I was asked what questions I had. After asking my first question, I was informed I was not a fit. He was looking for someone who could navigate a large organization and could make vendor recommendations. For the record, I have held Manager/Sr. Manager roles at 2 of the "Big 4" firms and 2 corporations ranked in the Fortune Top 10. I was laid off from my last company over 6 months ago and was asked "so what are you doing?" The hiring manager was unprepared, arrogant, and condescending.
