First step was a general phone screen with the recruiter to talk about my background and solve a technical problem. Second was another phone screen with one of the engineers from Kiip. Finally, I went on-site to meet nine members from Kiip (engineers and HR) and the interview was a little over 6 hours long. Everyone was very knowledgeable, modest, and friendly :) Overall, the interview process was smooth sailing for the most part because my recruiter guided me well by keeping me well-informed throughout each step.
