I discussed the company and its values, work culture, etc. with a recruiter/HR representative, then was scheduled a phone interview with the area manager. Then, I discussed compensation and hiring process with the HR representative.

Entrevista
Clinical manager was very supportive in addressing my concerns and questions. It did not feel like a traditional interview, but more conversational which I enjoyed because I was already nervous as it was. Interview was a zoom meeting for about 35-40 minutes with some questions pertaining to previous work experience and behavioral based situations.

The interview was pleasant overall. It was conversation based and 1-on-1 with clinical manager. There was one brief screening phone call with a recruiter prior to speaking with manager. Good explanation of benefits during interview.
