Had a good conversation with the recruiters from the school. There were two sessions and both were pleasant. Once i had finished the first session i had to prepare a lesson plan. I had to run through it with the second interviewer to see if i understood how to excute it.

Apply (normally through an agency), the company makes contacts with you via email and I was ask to submit a lesson plan (probably just to test that i was serious). After that there was a Skype interview and a lengthy visa process and then booking tickets to Shanghai.
